Responsible for analysis of project bids, cost of company services and other financial data by collecting, monitoring, and studying data and then preparing one or more scenarios for a final recommendation, action or presentation to senior leaders.




  • Track Gross Margin by Customer from Database Information
  • Confirm accuracy of each customers gross margin data in the database
  • Track each customer’s monthly gross margin to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Use customer gross margin data to build Headcount/Revenue buildup Schedule Quarterly for Budgeting Process
  • For each RFQ or RFP, evaluate, analyze and prepare bid or quote documents within the frame needed for review, approval and eventual submission to the requestor.
  • Track and compare customer bids from previous submittals against current submittals
  • Perform analysis on bids where TIR was unsuccessful to determine opportunities for cost savings
  • Build DCF Data Tracking by Customer including Gross Margin from Item 1, SG&A costs by customer, Interest and Other Costs.
  • Update the Quarterly Planning Spreadsheet quarterly for TIR- US, TIR-Canada, TIR- NDE, TIR- PUC, Consol and ensure that information is updated accurately each month.
  • Update PowerPoint each quarter with most current financial information
  • Serve as a liaison between Billing and Operations to identify New Construction vs. Maintenance Projects and PUC vs. non-PUC to enable Billing to properly code invoices

  • Graduate degree in the field of Accounting with a CPA , or equivalent directly related experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
  • 10+ years’ experience in combination of public accounting audit work, and/or four years of public accounting experience on public companies and four + years of public company relevant experience.
